APM Monaco™ offers a flexible 30-day return policy for all jewelry items, ensuring that your shopping experience is as elegant and seamless as our collections. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original APM Monaco™ box and pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location; once received at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
